| BY-LAWS ARTICLE II PURPOSE The purpose of this organization shall be to encourage organized pistol, rifle and other forms of shooting, among responsible citizens of the United States, in furtherance of more complete knowledge of the safe handling and proper care of firearms, as well as improved markmanship. It shall be our further purpose to foster the development of those characteristics of honesty, good fellowship, self discipline, team spirit and self reliance which are the essentials of good sportsmanship and the foundation of true patriotism. |
